Volvo Ocean Race, come passo il cancello

Volvo Ocean Race – Fernando de Noronha – Ecco come Ericsson 3 ed Ericsson 4 hanno affrontato il passaggio del cancello di Fernando de Noronha.

A bordo del VOR 70 di Torben Grael ci si rammarica perchè a causa dell’oscurità non si vede l’arcipelago, mentre Aksel Magdahl, a bordo di Ericsson 3, spiega esattamente dov’è il cancello.

Volvo Ocean Race – Fernando de Noronha – Ericsson 4 crossed the scoring gate in second place on the way to Boston.   It was too dark to see the lovely island of Fernando de Noronha, but Torben is pleased with the performance.

Navigator Aksel Magdahl points to the map where the scoring gate is. Ericsson 3 passed sixth through the marker during the night.
