Pointe-À-Mitre – Julien Pulvé has won the second leg of the Mini Transat Îles de Guadeloupe after crossing first the finish line in Pointe-à-Pitre, at 02:06:15 (French Time) on Sunday November 15th.
After his 4th place on the first stage, Julien Pulvé has crossed the finish line first in Pointe-à-Pitre, after 14 days, 10 hours, 56 minutes and 15 seconds. Julien Pulvé’s average boat speed over the theoretical distance was 9.33 knots
Julien Pulvé is not yet the overall winner of the Mini Transat Îles de Guadeloupe, and this will depend on Ian Lipinski’s arrival to Pointe-à-Pitre, leader of the first leg, who is expected to arrive to Pointe-à-Pitre around 9am (TU+1). If Ian Lipinski arrives before 13:47:40 (French Time), he will be the overall winner of the Mini Transat Iles de Guadeloupe.
