America’s Cup, un multiscafo grande così

Inutile tentare di capire se è un trimarano o un catamarano, se è lungo 90 piedi o 115 e sbagliato convincersi che sia una sloop: le risposte si avranno solo quando potremo vedere qualche scatto.

[Source Alinghi] This is an artist’s impression of the new Alinghi multihull being built in Villeneuve, Switzerland. The illustration compares the approximate size and aspect of the new boat to the AC Class V5.0 yacht which won the 32nd America’s Cup in Valencia and the Décision 35 which races on Lake Geneva.

This impression is purely for reference, but with the launch of the multihull only a matter of weeks away, it gives an idea of the boat that will start sailing on Lake Geneva this July and can be used to illustrate articles and stories before the actual launch.
