[singlepic id=3600 w=300 h=204 float=left]America’s Cup – Ginevra – Come suggerito dal Giudice Kornereich della Suprema Corte di New York, la Société Nautique de Genéve, yacht club Defender dell’America’s Cup, ha pubblicato le procedure di stazza per la 33ma America’s Cup che, come da programma, inizierà l’8 febbraio 2010 a Ras al-Kaimah, negli Emirati Arabi Uniti.
Il documento pubblicato dalla Société Nautique de Genève prevede misurazioni semplici e mirate, pensate in modo da offrire chiarezza ad entrambi i team durante la preparazione per la 33ma America’s Cup.
“La stazza è indispensabile per verificare la lunghezza al galleggiamento di entrambe le barche e per avere conferma che lo scafo del Golden Gate Yacht Club sia conforme alle dimensioni da lui stesso fornite nel documento di sfida” ha dichiarato Fred Meyer, Vice- Commodoro della Société Nautique de Genève.

MEASUREMENT PROCEDURES FOR THE 33RD AMERICA’S CUP PUBLISHED
[AC Management Press Release] Following the suggestion of New York Supreme Court’s Justice Kornreich, the America’s Cup defending yacht club, Société Nautique de Genève, has published the measurement procedures for the 33rd America’s Cup Match scheduled to start on 8 February 2010 in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The document published by the Société Nautique de Genève includes simple and straight forward measurement procedures that have been issued in order to provide certainty for both teams in their preparations for the 33rd America’s Cup.
“The purpose of measurement is to check the waterline length of both boats and to confirm that the Golden Gate Yacht Club challenging vessel conforms to the dimensions supplied with their notice of challenge,” said Fred Meyer, Vice-Commodore of the Société Nautique de Genève.
