America’s Cup, la Giuria Internazionale è operativa

America’s Cup – Valencia – La Société Nautique de Genève, nella qualità di defender della Coppa America, ha scritto una lettera al Golden Gate Yacht Club confermando che la Giuria Internazionale nominata dall’ISAF lo scorso 4 dicembre, è pienamente operativa ed è pronta a deliberare in merito ad ogni questione relativa il Deed f Gift Match in programma dal prossimo 8 febbraio.
Nella lettera inviata al Golden Gate Yacht Club lo yacht club defender annuncia che domani pubblicherà le Istruzioni di Regata e il nuovo Bando emendato. Inoltre si fa notare agli statunitensi come non vi sia alcun problema di sicurezza nel trasferire USA dal porto commerciale al Port America’s Cup, dove è previsto dal regolamento che debba essere ormeggiato.
La Giuria Internazionale si compone di:

AMERICA’S CUP, SNG WRITES TO GGYC CONFIRMING 33RD AMERICA’S CUP JURY STATUS
[Source Alinghi] Société Nautique de Genève, the America’s Cup defending yacht club, has sent a letter today to the Golden Gate Yacht Club, the challenger, confirming that the ISAF 33rd America’s Cup International Jury, constituted on 4 December 2009, is fully operational to deal with any issues related to the Deed of Gift Match starting on 8 February.
As appointed on the 4 December 2009 by the International Sailing Federation, the Jury includes:
David Tillett (AUS) – Chairman
John Doerr (GBR)
Josje Hofland (NED)
Graham McKenzie (NZL)
Bryan Willis (GBR)
Reserves:
Bernard Bonneau (FRA)
Bertrand de Speville (GBR)
