America’s Cup – New York – La Corte d’Appello dello Stato di New York ha ammesso gli Amicus Curiae presentati dal San Diego Yacht Club, dal New York Yacht Club e da Bill Koch in supporto delle tesi di BMW Oracle Racing e quello presentato da cinque challenger (Deutscher Challenger Yacht Club, K-Challenge, Dabliu Sail Project, Team Italia e Russian Challenge) a favore di Alinghi. Respinto, invece, quello depositato congiuntamente da Team Shosholoza e Team French Spirit.

America’s Cup – New York – The New York State Court of Appeals has admitted the Amicus Curiae briefs of SDYC, NYYC and Bill Koch, but not the second briefs filed by Team French Spirit and Team Shosholoza.
