[singlepic=872,170,250,,left]America’s Cup – New York – In data 23 dicembre, altri cinque team hanno sottoscritto l’Amicus Brief presentato il 14 novembre scorso davanti alla Corte d’Appello dello Stato di New York daTeam French Spirit, Green Comm Challenge, Argo Challenge, Team Shosholoza e Ayre Challenge. Ad aggiungere la propria firma in calce al documento che alleghiamo, sono stati i reppresentanti di K-Challenge, Deutscher Challenger Yacht Club, Dabliu Sail Project (Cecchetti-Vascotto), Joe Fly-Italia (Giovanni Maspero), Russian Challenge.

FIVE MORE TEAMS PRESENT AMICUS BRIEF SUPPORTING SNG IN NEW YORK COURT ROOM
[Alinghi Press Release] – New York – Five additional challengers – K-Challenge, Deutscher Challenger Yacht Club, Dabliu Sail Project, Joe Fly-Italia, Russian Challenge – have presented an Amicus Curiae Brief in support of the Société Nautique de Genève against BMW Oracle Racing, including two 32nd America’s Cup challengers. On the 13 of November Team French Spirit, Team Shosholoza, Green Comm Challenge, Argo Challenge and Ayre Challenge as well as the city of Valencia filed an Amicus Curiae Brief.
