America’s Cup, Alinghi e BMW Oracle Racing stanno dialogando

[singlepic=476,300,204,,left]America’s Cup – Valencia – Mediante un comunicato stampa diffuso nel tardo pomeriggio di oggi, BMW Oracle Racing ha comunicato quanto segue:
“Il Golden Gate Yacht Club e il suo team, BMW Oracle Racing, sono impegnati a negoziare con il defender, la Société Nautique de Genève e Alinghi, un Protocollo convenzionale basato sul mutuo consenso per la prossima Coppa America che coinvolga tutti i team.
Questo segue la decisione del 2 aprile scorso, con la quale la Corte di Appello dello Stato di New York ha riconosciuto al Golden Gate Yacht Club il titolo di Challenge of Record per la 33ma America’s Cup.
Il proprietario di BMW Oracle Racing, Larry Ellison, e il presidente di Alinghi, Ernesto Bertarelli, sono in contatto sin dal momento in cui è stata resa not la decisione della Corte.
In questo momento il club ritiene che sia meglio mantenere i colloqui tra le parti riservati, per favorire il raggiungimento di un accordo in tempi che siano i più rapidi possibile”.

[BMW Oracle Racing Press Release] “The Golden Gate Yacht Club and its team, BMW Oracle Racing, remain committed to negotiate with the Defender, Société Nautique de Genève/Alinghi, a conventional mutual consent protocol for the next America’s Cup that would involve all teams.
This follows the April 2 decision of the New York State Court of Appeals confirming the Golden Gate Yacht Club as the Challenger of Record for the 33rd America’s Cup.
BMW Oracle Racing’s owner, Larry Ellison, and the President of Alinghi, Ernesto Bertarelli, have communicated with each other since the court ruling.
At this stage the club believes it is best to keep communications between the parties private in the interests of reaching a successful conclusion as quickly as possible”.
