America’s Cup – New York – E’ stata depositata poche ore fa presso la Corte d’Appello dello Stato di New York, la memoria difensiva della Société Nautique de Geneve/Alinghi relativa al giudizio di terzo grado della causa promossa dal Golden Gate Yacht Club/BMW Oracle Racing contro il defender. Il documento è stato accompagnato da due Amicus Curiae Brief, presentati dalla Città di Valencia e dal Club Nautico Espanol de Vela.

America’s Cup – New York – Few hours ago, Société Nautique de Geneve/Alinghi filed a brief to the New York Court of Appeal against the Golden Gate Yacht Club/BMW Oracle Racing motion. The brief was accompained by two Amicus Curiae Brief, presented by City of Valencia and Club Nautico Espanol de Vela.
